The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has imposed fines totaling €55,000 on Bankhaus Obotritia GmbH, a Munich-based financial institution. The fines were set at €45,000 for the bank’s failure to fully disclose the appointment of members to its supervisory body and €10,000 for the delayed reporting of a large credit exceeding the permissible limit.
